PROJECT PURPOSE | Contribute to the expansion of public service delivery, by expanding the scope of public services, integrating systems, improving organizational structure, and strengthening strategic management tools and the mechanisms needed to support these changes. By improving public service delivery mechanisms, the Project aims to improve the quality of life of vulnerable populations in rural areas, such as women, youth and children, the elderly and people with disabilities, by expanding their access to public services and improving quality-of-service delivery
